What is the difference between a trailer, a VIP cabin and a deluxe unit?
A 2-stall restroom trailer starts at $895 and gives guests flushing toilets, running water and climate control. A VIP luxury cabin is $395 for one private room with a flush toilet and vanity. A deluxe flushing unit is $245 and adds a foot-pump sink and mirror to a standard footprint.

What does a ranch, barn or backyard venue need for a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer needs a standard 110-volt, 20-amp outlet and a garden hose connection, each within 100 feet. The ground must be level within about 2 inches, with a straight truck path about 10 feet wide. No outlet? We bring a quiet generator for a fee. No hose? The trailer runs on its onboard tank.
- Outlet: one 110-volt, 20-amp circuit within 100 feet. A barn or garage outlet works.
- Water: a hose spigot within 100 feet, or we fill the onboard tank.
- Ground: level within about 2 inches. Dry grass is fine.
- Access: a straight path about 10 feet wide, with no low branches.
- Spot: 50 to 100 feet from the dance floor, close to the path guests already walk.
How far ahead should we book wedding restrooms?
Couples who want a restroom trailer usually book 8 to 12 months ahead, because Saturday trailer dates fill first. Porta potties and VIP cabins can often be booked 2 to 4 weeks out. Booking with a card locks in the price, and changes are free up to 24 hours before delivery.

A wedding restroom rental runs from about $780 for a 60-guest backyard setup to $1,570 for a 4-stall trailer at a Zone B ranch, before tax. Every price covers delivery Thursday or Friday, pickup Monday and setup. Only 8.25% Texas sales tax is added, with no fuel or removal fee.

What about guests who use a wheelchair?
Restroom trailers have steps, so a guest who uses a wheelchair needs a separate unit. A wheelchair-accessible unit is $225 for the event and is built to ADA dimensions: a 60-inch turning space, grab bars and a 34-inch door. It needs a firm, level spot and a 6-foot path from the reception.

Will a restroom trailer work at a barn with no water hookup?
Yes. The trailer has an onboard fresh-water tank that we fill before delivery. It still needs a 110-volt outlet or our generator.
Can the trailer plug into a regular outdoor outlet?
Yes, a standard 110-volt, 20-amp outlet within 100 feet. Try not to share that circuit with the DJ or the caterer's warmers.
How far ahead should we reserve a trailer for an October wedding?
Reserve 8 to 12 months ahead. Trailers book first for Saturday weddings, and a card deposit locks the price.
Can the restrooms be cleaned right before the ceremony?
Yes. Add a service visit on the wedding morning for $55. The units are pumped, wiped and restocked before guests arrive.
Do wedding porta potties come with a sink?
The deluxe flushing unit has a foot-pump sink and a mirror. Standard units have sanitizer only, so pair them with a hand wash station.
What if our wedding date moves?
Call or text as soon as you know. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before delivery.
Can we get pickup on Sunday after the wedding?
We do not run trucks on Sunday. Units stay through the weekend and we pick up Monday at no extra charge.
