Terms
Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
Plain-English terms for every rental. When you book, these terms apply along with the itemized quote you receive.
Live answer Mon–Sat, 7 AM to 7 PM. Written quotes back in about 15 minutes. Updated
1. Quotes and prices
Your quote lists the unit price, the delivery-and-pickup fee for your zone, any same-day fee, any extra service, and Texas sales tax. We do not add fuel surcharges, removal fees or card fees.
Event prices cover up to 3 days on site. Rentals longer than 3 days are billed in 28-day cycles.
2. Payment
Residential and event orders are paid by debit or credit card at booking. Business customers may apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms.
28-day rentals renew automatically and the card or account on file is billed at the start of each new cycle until you request pickup.
3. Cancellation and changes
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Inside 24 hours, the delivery fee is kept and the rest is refunded.
Date changes are free when made at least 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
4. Delivery, placement and access
You choose a firm, level spot within about 50 feet of where a service truck can park, with a clear path at least 48 inches wide (6 feet for accessible units and cabins).
You are responsible for permission to place the unit, including HOA, landlord, venue and city right-of-way approval. If the driver cannot safely reach the spot, the unit is placed at the nearest safe spot or the trip may be rescheduled; a second trip may be charged at the zone delivery fee.
5. Service
28-day rentals include one service visit per week. If the site is locked or blocked on the service day, the visit is skipped and not credited; we will text you.
Extra visits are $55 each. Twice-weekly service is $60 more per 28-day cycle.
6. Pickup and ending a rental
Call or text (469) 326-5635 to request pickup. Billing stops on the day you request pickup; a cycle that has started is billed in full. We pick up within one business day. Weekend event units are picked up the next business day.
7. Care, damage and loss
Do not move a unit after placement. You are responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, graffiti, fire damage and tip-overs caused by misuse while the unit is on your site. Repairs or replacement are billed at cost; tip-over cleanup has a $150 minimum.
Do not put trash, sand, gravel, paint, chemicals or hazardous waste in the tank.
8. Weather
We may delay a delivery, service or pickup for severe weather or unsafe ground (for example, saturated clay after heavy rain). Delays for weather do not create a credit, but we reschedule at the first safe opportunity.
9. Liability
Units must be used as intended. We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, unsafe placement chosen by the customer, or conditions outside our control. Nothing on this website is legal advice; confirm permits and sanitation rules with your city, county, venue or safety officer.
