What fees are added to the unit price?

Is a porta potty cheaper by the day, week or month?

A porta potty costs the same for 1, 2 or 3 days because event rentals are flat. Any rental past 3 days moves to the 28-day cycle, which includes weekly service, so 1 week and 4 weeks cost the same $145 for a standard unit. Rentals are not billed by the hour.

How can I lower my porta potty rental cost?

The four biggest savings: book 2–3 days ahead to skip the $65 same-day fee, put every unit on one order so you pay one delivery fee, schedule a Thursday or Friday drop with Monday pickup for weekend events, and match the unit count to the sizing chart instead of guessing high.

  1. Book earlySame-day costs $65 more. Two days' notice costs nothing extra.
  2. Bundle unitsThree units on one order pay one delivery fee, not three.
  3. Use the weekend windowFriday drop, Monday pickup is still one event price.
  4. Size it rightUse the porta potty calculator so you rent 3 units, not 5.
  5. Pick the plain unit where it fitsA standard unit plus a $95 hand wash station often beats several deluxe units.

Why are some quotes online so much cheaper?

Low headline prices often leave out delivery, pickup, fuel or tax. Compare the all-in total. Ours is the unit price, one delivery fee and sales tax.

Do you charge a deposit?

No separate deposit. Event orders are paid by card at booking, which locks the price. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery.

Can a business pay by invoice?

Yes. Contractors and businesses can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms. Residential and event orders pay by card.

Do prices go up on holiday weekends?

Unit prices stay the same. Holiday weekends fill early, so book 2 weeks ahead for Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day.

Is there a discount for several units?

The delivery fee is per order, so every extra unit on the same order saves that fee. Orders of 10+ units get a custom quote.
