What we collect
Quote form: delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, and the page you sent it from.
Phone and text: your number, the delivery address, and notes you give us to schedule and service the rental. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
Website: standard server logs and basic, aggregated analytics events (such as clicks on the call button) used to improve the site.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing texts without your permission.
Who processes it
Quote-form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service. Payments are processed by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Call recordings and transcripts used to improve our answers have names, numbers and addresses removed before any analysis.
How long we keep it
Rental and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Unbooked quote requests are deleted within 12 months.
