The billing math is laid out in 28-day porta potty billing explained.

How does 28-day billing work?

Each cycle is 28 days, not a calendar month, so a full year has 13 cycles. The first cycle includes the delivery fee. After that, the unit renews every 28 days at the same price until you call or text for pickup. Billing stops that day, and we pick up within 1 business day.

  1. Book and payCard at booking for homes. Businesses can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms.
  2. Delivery day starts cycle 1Example: 1 standard unit in McKinney = $145 + $45 = $190 + tax.
  3. Weekly service on a set daySame day each week. You do not need to be home.
  4. Day 29 renewsThe next cycle is $145 + tax. No new delivery fee.
  5. Call or text to stopBilling stops that day. Pickup within 1 business day.

Do I need a porta potty during septic repair, a water outage or a remodel?

A home with no working toilet for more than 1 or 2 days usually needs one. Septic replacements in unincorporated Collin County often take 1 to 3 weeks, and a bathroom remodel can take 4 or more. One standard unit with weekly service covers a family of 4 to 6.

  • Septic repair or replacement: book for the full install plus inspection.
  • Water outage or broken main: a sink unit helps when no tap works.
  • Single-bathroom remodel: plan for 4–6 weeks, then call to stop.
  • We do not pump septic tanks. Call a licensed septic company for that.

Can I live on my land with a porta potty while I build?

Yes. Many people living in an RV or a cabin on raw land keep 1 standard unit on a 28-day cycle with weekly service. A household of 3 to 6 people fits one unit. Pick a spot the truck can reach within about 50 feet on a gravel or dry dirt path.

Camping or RV setups have their own page: porta potties for RV and camping land.

Can you service it less often for light use?

Yes. If 1 or 2 people use the unit, we can service it every two weeks instead of weekly. The price stays $145 per 28-day cycle, because weekly service is already included. Fewer visits just means fewer truck stops on your property. You can switch back to weekly any time.

Can a business get an invoice for a monthly rental?

Yes. Businesses, churches, HOAs and contractors can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms. Each 28-day cycle gets its own invoice with the unit, any extra visits and the 8.25% tax shown. Until the account is approved, a card at booking holds the unit and the price.

Job sites have their own crew sizing on the construction site toilet page. Plants and distribution centers, see industrial portable restrooms.

What day does my 28-day cycle renew?

Your cycle starts on delivery day and renews every 28 days after that. The renewal price is the same as the first cycle, minus the delivery fee.

Can I keep a porta potty for 6 months?

Yes. The unit renews every 28 days until you call. Six months is about 7 cycles, each with weekly service.

How long will I need one for a septic replacement?

Septic replacements often take 1 to 3 weeks, which fits inside one 28-day cycle. Ask your installer for the permit and inspection dates.

Will the service truck tear up my yard?

No, if the unit is within about 50 feet of a driveway or gravel path. The truck stays on the hard surface and runs a hose to the unit.

Do I have to be home for weekly service?

No. The driver services the unit on your set day and leaves. Just keep the path and any gate open.

Can I switch to twice-weekly service just for summer?

Yes. Twice-weekly adds $60 per unit per 28-day cycle. Turn it on for June through September and off again after.

Is the delivery fee charged every month?

No. The delivery and pickup fee is charged once, on the first cycle. Renewals are just the unit price plus tax.
