How many hand wash stations do I need?

Does OSHA require a hand washing station on a job site?
OSHA rule 29 CFR 1926.51(f) requires washing facilities on construction sites where workers handle paints, coatings, herbicides, insecticides or other harmful contaminants. The facilities must be close to the work and kept clean. A 2-sink station with soap and towels is the usual way crews meet it.
