How many porta potties does a party need?
A party needs 1 standard porta potty for every 250 guest-hours. Multiply guests by hours and divide by 250, then round up. A 75-guest, 5-hour graduation party is 375 guest-hours, so 2 units. Add 1 unit for every 4 when beer or wine is served.

What does a porta potty rental for a party cost?
A porta potty rental for a party starts at $165 for a standard unit, flat for up to 3 days. Delivery and pickup is one $45 fee per order in Zone A towns like Allen and Prosper. A Saturday party in Allen with 1 unit costs $210 plus 8.25% Texas sales tax. Nothing else is added.

When do you drop off and pick up for a weekend event?
For a Saturday or Sunday event, we deliver on Thursday or Friday and pick up on Monday. The whole stretch is one flat event price, with no charge for the extra days. Saturday morning delivery is possible by request, but slots are limited. We do not deliver or pick up on Sunday.

Will a porta potty fit through my backyard gate?
A standard porta potty is about 44 inches wide and fits through a 48-inch gate. Our crew needs about 4 feet clear plus a hand-truck path with no steps. The service hose must reach within about 50 feet. A wheelchair-accessible unit is 62 inches wide and will not fit most side gates.
- Measure the gate opening. 48 inches or wider works for standard, sink and deluxe units.
- Pick a flat spot. Shade under a tree is fine if the hose can reach.
- Keep it 20 or more feet from the food table and downwind if you can.
- No gate wide enough? A driveway spot works well and is easy for pickup.
- Guests with a wheelchair or walker need a wheelchair-accessible unit on the driveway or a 6-foot path.

Do I need to be home when the porta potty arrives?
No. A party drop needs nothing from you on the day if the spot is marked and the path is open. Mark it with chalk or a flag, unlock the gate or text us the code, and the driver will place the unit. You get a text 30 minutes before arrival and a photo when it is set.

Can my HOA say no to a porta potty?
Many McKinney-area HOAs, including Stonebridge Ranch, Craig Ranch and Trinity Falls, limit how long a temporary unit can sit where the street can see it. A weekend party is usually 3 to 4 days. Ask your HOA first, and we can place the unit in the side yard behind a 48-inch gate.
A porta potty in the street or on a sidewalk needs city approval. Block parties usually go through the city's special-event office, so call them before you book.
How do guests use the porta potty after dark?
A standard porta potty has a translucent roof that lights the inside by day but not after sunset. For a party that runs past about 8 PM, set a battery lantern or stake lights along the path. A VIP luxury cabin, $395 for the event, has its own built-in LED light.

Can you drop it off Friday for a Saturday birthday party?
Yes. Friday is our most common drop day for weekend parties. We pick up Monday, and the price is the same flat event rate.
How far from the house can the truck reach?
The service hose reaches about 50 feet from where the truck parks. Past that, we need a hand-truck path to roll the unit in.
What if it rains the day before the party?
We may set the unit on the driveway instead of the lawn so the truck does not sink in the clay. If you cancel 24 hours or more before delivery, there is no charge.
Will the porta potty smell during the party?
Each unit arrives pumped with a fresh deodorizer charge. Shade helps in summer, and placing it 20+ feet from the food keeps the smell away from guests.
Can you deliver this week for a celebration of life?
Yes. Call by 12 PM Monday through Saturday for same-day delivery in McKinney and nearby towns. The rush fee is $65 per order.
Should we get a hand wash station for a cookout?
Yes, when food is served. Plan 1 hand wash station for every 4 toilets, minimum 1. The event price is $95.
Is there a price break for a church or school event?
The price is the same for everyone, and it is already all-in. Churches and schools can apply for invoice billing instead of paying by card.
