How many portable restrooms does a plant shutdown need?
A plant shutdown with 200 workers needs at least 4 toilet seats and 4 urinals under OSHA 1926.51 Table D-1, which drops to 1 per 50 at 200 workers. We recommend about 20 units with twice-weekly service for 12-hour shifts. The legal minimum fills in hours, not days.

When does the service truck come during shifts?
Our trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and we schedule service around your shift change and break times. Most industrial sites pick a set mid-morning or mid-afternoon slot. On a 500-worker turnaround, service can be split across 2 or 3 visits a week.

Where should industrial portable restrooms go on site?
Industrial portable restrooms work best in banks of 4 to 10 near break trailers and the laydown yard, on hard, level ground. Keep them out of forklift lanes and at least a truck's width from traffic. High-visibility placement near the gate keeps contractors from walking into the plant to find a restroom.
- Hard, level surface: asphalt, concrete or packed gravel.
- Truck access within about 50 feet for the service hose.
- Out of forklift, crane and haul-truck paths.
- Hand wash stations at each bank, 1 per 4 units.

Yes. Utility, pipeline and right-of-way crews can keep 1 or more towable units on the job. A towable unit sits on a small trailer and moves with the crew, so workers are never far from a toilet. Standard units can also be moved by our truck; we quote each move before we make it.

How does billing work for industrial accounts?
Industrial accounts can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms, with one invoice each 28-day cycle. A standard unit is $145 per cycle with weekly service. Short shutdowns of 3 days or less use the event price, from $165 per unit. Only 8.25% sales tax is added; no fuel or removal fee.

How does Texas heat change service at plants and warehouses?
From June through September, North Texas highs run in the upper 90s and past 100°F, and plant yards hold heat. Odor builds fast, and hand wash water runs out sooner. We suggest twice-weekly service on any bank used by more than 10 workers, for $60 more per unit each cycle.

Can your driver go through our site safety orientation?
Yes. Tell us the time and length of the orientation when you book. We schedule it before the first delivery.
Will you send a certificate of insurance before the job starts?
Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Send your holder name and requirements with the order.
Can you service units at night?
No. Our trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. We pick a slot inside those hours that misses your shift change.
How fast can you add units if the shutdown crew grows?
Call by 12 PM Monday through Saturday for same-day adds in McKinney and nearby towns, when we have stock. The rush fee is $65 per order.
Do you have units that can be towed around the yard?
Yes. Towable units sit on a small trailer, so they can move with a crew across a large site or along a right-of-way.
Do we need a purchase order to start?
No. Businesses can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms. Until it is approved, a card at booking holds the units.
What if a forklift hits a unit?
Call us and we clean it up. Damage from misuse or equipment is billed at repair cost, with a $150 minimum for tip-over cleanup.
