What is a 28-day porta potty billing cycle?
A 28-day billing cycle means your porta potty rental bills once every 28 days, not once a calendar month. Each cycle includes the unit and 4 weekly service visits. A standard unit starts at $145 per cycle. The first cycle also includes the one-time delivery and pickup fee.
- Unit rent for 28 days
- Weekly service: pump, scrub, deodorizer, 2+ rolls, sanitizer
- Pickup at the end (paid once, in the first cycle)
- No fuel surcharge, no removal fee
- Texas sales tax of 8.25% added

Why 28 days instead of a calendar month?
Our service runs on a weekly route, and 28 days is exactly 4 weeks. That keeps every cycle at 4 service visits, with no 5-week months. There are 13 cycles in a year (13 × 28 = 364 days), not 12 months. So a year on our cycle is 13 bills, each the same size.
| 28-day cycle | Calendar month | |
|---|---|---|
| Length | Always 28 days | 28 to 31 days |
| Service visits | Always 4 | 4 or 5 |
| Bills per year | 13 | 12 |
| Bill amount | Same every time | Can vary |
What does the first 28-day cycle include?
The first cycle includes the unit, 4 weekly service visits and the one-time delivery and pickup fee for the order. For 2 standard units in Frisco, the first cycle is 2 × $145 + $45 = $335 plus tax. Each renewal after that is $290 plus tax, because delivery is never charged twice.
| Line | First cycle | Each renewal |
|---|---|---|
| 2 standard units × $145 | $290 | $290 |
| Delivery + pickup (Zone A, per order) | $45 | $0 |
| Weekly service (4 visits) | Included | Included |
| Total before tax | $335 | $290 |
Delivery zones and fees are on the porta potty price page.
Is it the same price for one week or two?
Yes. On a 28-day cycle, the price is the same for 1 week, 2 weeks or the full 28 days. Partial weeks are not split. A standard unit for 2 weeks in McKinney is $145 + $45 delivery = $190 plus tax. Keeping it 4 weeks costs the same.
Only need it for a party? A flat event price covers up to 3 days instead. See short-term porta potty rentals.
How do renewals and stopping billing work?
Renewal is automatic. When a 28-day cycle ends and the unit is still on site, the next cycle starts at the same price, without the delivery fee. Billing stops the day you call or text for pickup, and we pick up within 1 business day. No new cycle starts after your call.
- Cycle 1 starts on delivery dayYou pay the unit price plus the one-time delivery and pickup fee.
- Day 29: cycle 2 startsSame unit price, no delivery fee, weekly service continues.
- Call or text for pickupCall (469) 326-5635 or text. Billing stops that day.
- We pick up within 1 business dayNo removal fee. You get a text when the unit is gone.

How many cycles will a 6-week or 9-month rental be?
Divide your days by 28 and round up. A 6-week job is 42 days, so 2 cycles: 2 × $145 + $45 = $335 plus tax. A 9-month job is about 270 days, so 10 cycles: 10 × $145 + $45 = $1,495 plus tax. Nine months on our cycle means 10 bills, not 9.
| How long you need it | Cycles billed | Math (1 standard unit, Zone A) | Before tax | With 8.25% tax |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 weeks | 1 | $145 + $45 delivery | $190 | $205.68 |
| 6 weeks (42 days) | 2 | 2 × $145 + $45 | $335 | $362.64 |
| 9 months (about 270 days) | 10 | 10 × $145 + $45 | $1,495 | $1,618.34 |
Need fewer visits? For very light use we can service every 2 weeks. The price stays the same, since weekly service is already included.
Long jobs: monthly and long-term rentals and construction site toilets.

Why did I get 13 bills in a year instead of 12?
Each cycle is 28 days, and 13 × 28 = 364 days. So a full year is 13 equal bills.
Do I pay delivery again when a cycle renews?
No. The delivery and pickup fee is charged once, in the first cycle. Renewals are the unit price only, plus tax.
Is a partly used cycle split or refunded?
No. A cycle that has started bills in full, which is why 1 week and 4 weeks cost the same. Call for pickup before the next cycle starts to avoid a new bill.
Can my 28-day bill go on a company invoice?
Yes. Businesses can apply for invoice billing on Net 15 terms. Home orders pay by debit or credit card.
Does adding twice-weekly service change the cycle?
The cycle stays 28 days. Twice-weekly service adds $60 per cycle.
